A bouquet of bubbles


How yummy is this? 

Sophie Dahl's delicate and florally fragrant take on a champagne cocktail,

A combination of prosecco and rose syrup.

To serve, all you need to do is pour the prosecco into a glass and drizzle 1 tbsp of the syrup gently on top, allowing it to trickle down to the bottom and voila!

I managed to track down some Monin rose syrup from Gerry's in Soho to make mine-

delicious and easy peasy!
